Will it rust over time? +

Our fire pits develop a natural patina over time. This is normal for steel and does not affect the structure or performance. We recommend covering it when not in use.

Suitable for all year use? +

Yes. Every fire pit is made from premium steel built to withstand the British climate all year round.

Do they come assembled? +

Most models arrive mostly assembled. Any remaining assembly takes under 10 minutes with a screwdriver only.

Is it safe around children? +

Always maintain a safe distance of at least 1 metre between the fire and children. Never leave a lit fire pit unattended.

What wood should I use? +

We recommend dry hardwood logs for the cleanest burn and least smoke. Avoid treated or wet wood as it produces excessive smoke and residue.
